Welcome to Little Wings Bakery! By placing an order with me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Orders:

There is a 2 - 3 day lead time for orders. If you need a special order faster, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Little Wings Bakery reserves the right to decline orders that we cannot accommodate.

Payments:

Full payment is due when the order is placed.
Payments may be made via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours after placing it online.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of pick-up are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for products already made or picked up.

Pickup & Delivery:

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pick-up time and location. Products not picked up at the agreed time, may not be guaranteed freshness.
Once an order is picked up, the bakery is not responsible for any damage caused during transport, handling, or storage.
Pick-up locations are in Alpharetta near downtown.
No delivery is available at this time.

Allergens:

My products contain common allergens including, but not limited to: dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and gluten. Though I take precautions to avoid cross-contamination of recipes, my kitchen includes all of these allergens.
All allergens are listed in the ingredients section of the product labels. Allergen icons are shown under the products on the website. If you have any questions about allergens, please contact me before placing your order.
As a former commercial food photographer and part-time baker, I have had my Cottage Food License and Managerial Level Food Safety Certification, via ServSafe, since 2018.

Quality & Storage:

All products are made fresh. I recommend consuming baked goods within 4 days of pickup for best quality.
Customers are responsible for proper storage (e.g., refrigeration, keeping products out of direct sunlight, etc.).
Product Care Cards are included with your order.

Liability:

Once an order leaves my care, the bakery is not responsible for accidents, mishandling, or environmental conditions that may affect the product.
All allergens are listed in the ingredient section of the product labels. The bakery is not liable for adverse reactions. If you have any questions about ingredients, please contact me via email (info@littlewingsbakery.com), phone (404-285-7746) or website chat.
