Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where are you located?

Little Wings Bakery is located in Alpharetta, GA. I do not have a physical store at this time.

Q: How do I place an order?

You may place an order through the Online Order page, then pay at check-out. There is a 2 - 3 day lead time for orders. If you need a special order faster, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

Orders must be paid in full online. After you place your order online, pay through the check-out system. I accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Q: How do I pick up an order?

Order pick-up and time is determined when order is ready. Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pick-up time and location. Products not picked up at the agreed time, may not be guaranteed freshness. Pick-up locations are in Alpharetta near downtown. There are no pick-ups on Sunday and Monday.

Q: Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once I receive an order, I begin plans for baking time and ingredients. Once cancelled within the order window, your payment will be refunded. Orders canceled within 24 hours of pick-up are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for products already picked up.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

Once an item is picked up, the bakery is not responsible for any damage caused during transport, handling, or storage. I do not offer exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately.

Q: Is your kitchen allergen free?

My products contain common allergens including, but not limited to: dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, gluten and gelatin. Though I take precautions to avoid cross-contamination of recipes, my kitchen includes all of these allergens. All products on the website have icons stating what allergens are in the products. All product labels have detailed ingredients for safety.

Q: Do you sell vegan or gluten-free baked goods?

I am not a vegan or gluten-free bakery at this time.

Q: Why are some of your products more expensive than others?

Ingredient prices have risen steadily in the past few years. Chocolate surged once again, up another 30% in 2024. I use three of the top baking chocolates; Ghiradelli, Guittard and Callebaut. The chocolate I choose depends on the flavor, sweetness and melting properties which can significantly affect the taste and texture of the final product. Along with chocolate, butter, sugar and egg prices have increased as well.

Q: Why do you offer 8 cookies instead of 6 cookies?

This is a newer trend among bakers. Eight cookies is a nice, even size for family and friends to share. Twelve cookies can be too much to eat while the cookies are fresh. Some customers find 6 cookies to be too few when purchasing from a specialty bakery. Also, offering 8 cookies can be more efficient and reduce leftover dough that can go to waste.

Q: Do you deliver?

I do not offer delivery at this time, only specific locations for pick-up. I do not offer DoorDash or Uber Eats.

Q: Do you ship?

I do not ship at this time. Laws have changed recently in Georgia to allow shipping within the state, so it may be a possibility in the future. Please join my email list to receive bakery updates.

Q: Do you offer discounts on larger orders?

I am happy to discuss a discount with you on your large order. Please contact me (info@littlewingsbakery.com) with the details of your order and time frame needed. I will do my best to accommodate your budget.

Q: Are you a licensed baker?

As a former commercial food photographer and part-time baker, I have had my Cottage Food License and Managerial Level Food Safety Certification, via ServSafe, since 2018.
