About Me

I grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana eating great Southern food. Sugar and fat…you can’t beat it. I learned a lot about cooking from my mom and grandmothers. Each had something a little different to teach me…Mom, amazing cinnamon toast and pot roast; Nana, buttermilk biscuits; Mamaw, fried chicken and chocolate fudge. So many great recipes and great memories!​

My journey as a food photographer led me to working with national magazines where I became a test kitchen for the various products being considered for publication. This propelled me into professional baking. I love to bake! It’s both science and art. Being a bit of a science geek, I like the precision behind baking. Spending time in the kitchen, trying something new and watching it come together, is exciting!​ My goal is always to give my customers an experience.

Located in the heart of North Georgia, Little Wings is a home-based, small-batch bakery where flavor always comes first. I create rich, deeply flavorful baked goods with a special love for anything involving chocolate, cinnamon, and buttercream. Every item is handmade with care, using high-quality ingredients and sourcing locally whenever possible.This bakery is more than just a business, it’s a way to connect with my community through thoughtful, delicious food. Whether it’s a box of cookies, a slab of brownies or a seasonal treat, my goal is to bring joy, comfort, and a little magic to your day.

My Products

I have spent a lot of time in the kitchen testing recipes and flavors. I use high quality chocolate and make my own vanilla extract, aged a minimum of 6 months. 

I offer a mix of cookies, brownies and fudge, plus seasonal items. I am working on various cake flavors to offer slices in the future. 

A one-woman show, I maintain a Managerial Level Food Safety Certification through ServSafe and am licensed as a Cottage Food Business in the state of Georgia. 

I am not a gluten-free kitchen. I do not make gluten-free products at this time. My kitchen makes a variety of desserts using dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soy. All product labels have detailed ingredients for safety.
